Methods of Neodymium Rod Magnets Manufacturing
Neodymium cylinder magnets or neodymium rod magnets are usually made by cutting from longer semi-products of NdFeB cylinder magnets. Still some smaller NdFeB cylinder/cylindrical magnets are made from semi-products of block neodymium magnets. Cut the bigger semi-products of block neodymium magnets into many smaller near size block magnets, then grind the smaller magnet blocks into the round. Just because of the round shape, it also called as round neodymium magnets.

Most of neodymium cylinder/rod /cylindrical magnets are axially magnetized(magnetized through length). We also produced some diametrical magnetized cylinder/rod magnets,which are used as jewelry magnets, such as small cylinder magnets D4x10mm, D5x5mm, D6x6mm.
