Process of Sintered NdFeB Permanent Magnet

Sintered NdFeB permanent magnets such as neodymium magnets are manufactured by the method of powder metallurgy. The process flow is as follows:

Raw material handling→ Burdening→ Smelting→ Milling→ Magnetic field orientation and pressure type→ Sintering densification→ Tempering aging→ Machining and surface treatment→ Testing.

It can be seen from the technological process that the whole process is a systematic project, especially for high performance Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic materials, each process has the "right to decide" and "the right of negation" for the performance of the product.
